​There are 32 group instructional places available​ and riders will receive;
1 x Cross Country lesson

Happy Hacker Camp
Limited spaces available no restriction on jumping ability
​Bring your horse - use of the arena and XC course at specified times is available.
Private lessons with any of our instructors can be arranged.
Costs of the lessons will be in addition to the happy hacker cost and training times are restricted;

Junior Members
​Junior members are welcome but must be accompanied at all times by a Non Riding Parent or someone who is attending camp that is over 25 that has their own transport at camp

Non Rider Camp / Accompanying Parent
​Come to camp but don't bring a horse.
All under 18's at camp, must be supervised and accompanied by a non riding Parent or someone who is attending camp that is over 25 and also have their own transport at camp.

Accommodation
Log ​Cabin accommodation, Showers and Toilet blocks.
Please bring your own bedding.

Food
All meals are provided and included in the price of camp.

Stabling
​Shavings bedding and Hay is provided.
If your horse requires other bedding or haylage etc you will need to provide this.
Hay or haylage must be fed from a hay net.
Please bring your own horse feed.
Please bring your own wheelbarrow, mucking out equipment, water bucket, feed bowls etc.
Horse Passports & Flu Vaccinations
​All horses and ponies attending camp must be vaccinated against equine influenza.
Riding Hats & Body Protectors
​It is the responsibility of all riders to wear hats/body protectors that are fully compliant with current Riding Club standards.
Any rider found not to be wearing the correct standard hat and body protector will not be allowed to ride.

Saturday Evening Pampering!
Massages and other treatments will be available from the Hands on team and Cara Jenkins Sports Massage
30 minute and 60 minute treatment sessions available
£35 for 30 minutes
£60 for 60 minutes
Treatments are optional and costs are in addition to camp prices.

Payment and Booking
​To register for a camp a booking form and £50 non refundable deposit is required.
The balance will be due on or before 1st August 2025. Balances need to be paid direct to ETSW via Bank transfer
Cancellations
Camp deposit is non refundable.
Cancellations before 1st August 2025 - any balance payments made will be refunded less deposit.
Cancellations after 1st August 2025 may only be refunded less deposit if camp space is filled with another paid booking - This means if the camp space is not filled the total balance will need to be paid for in full.
