TRAINING
As a club, we pride ourselves on offering top quality training across Somerset at affordable prices for all. Dressage, showjumping, eventing; we've got each and every discipline covered for you to enjoy!
All training dates can be found listed on our Bookings Spreadsheet as well as our Facebook page which is used to advertise all training opportunities.
Bookings cannot be done through Facebook posts or messages so please follow the steps below.

MOST TRAINING IS ONLY OPEN TO MEMBERS.
BOOKING PROCESS
1) Complete the Booking Form CLICK HERE

We will action your booking within 48 hours of you submitting the form.

2) Check the Bookings Spreadsheet to view your booking CLICK HERE
​
Once your name appears on the bookings spreadsheet your booking is confirmed (You will NOT be contacted directly).
If you are put on the waitlist, then you will be contacted if you will be contacted if a space becomes available.

3) Payment must be actioned one booking is confirmed via the spreadsheet
​
Those on the waitlist do not need to pay until a space becomes available.

Please reference the training date and riders initials against the payment

**IMPORTANT**
​
The ETSW Team process bookings but it is members responsibility to check for their bookings and pay for training.
ETSW training rules apply upon submission of your booking form.
Once bookings are confirmed members should pay as soon as they can and payment must be received before the training date.
Cash on the day is not accepted unless by prior authorisation from the ETSW committee
It is members responsibility to manage their bookings and pay on time for training.
CANCELLATIONS

To notify ETSW of a booking cancellation please either direct message via the ETSW Facebook page or use the Contact Form
WEATHER RELATED EVENT CANCELLATIONS
If a training date is cancelled because of frozen or flooded arenas, or severe weather that makes training unsafe to run then the following will happen;
1) Due to the unpredictability of our weather the decision will be made on the day of the event.
2) If we cancel an event a notice of cancellation will be put on our Facebook page.
3) If we cancel an event a text message will be sent to all riders attending to the number they have provided on their booking form.
4) If training is re-scheduled then all riders will be given first refusal on the new training date or a refund will be given.
5) Refunds that are given will be done so in full for training that we cancel.
NOTE: If a rider chooses not to ride or attend training that is running but the date is not cancelled the normal ETSW cancellation rules apply.
